Our aim is to provide a series of creative online workshops for children and adults that have lost a sibling . We believe in an integrated approach to bereavement support and know that in bringing others together whom understand loss there is an authentic human connection, an acknowledgement of pain and also encouragement and hope.

Magic and mayhem with RTE`s AbraKIDabra`s captivating and spell-bounding Joe Daly
Joe Daly is a “Master of his Craft” and a presenter of AbraKIDabra on RTE jr. This will be an interactive and fun event which will allow us to hear our children’s hearty laughter throughout our house again.
Saturday 28th of March, 10am -11am. Ages: 4 to 10.

Creating Kindness in Mindfulness with Louise Shanagher.
Facilitated by Louise Shanagher, children’s therapist, mindfulness teacher and author of the Ireland`s first series of minfulness books for children. Learn how to develop self compassion whilst acknowledging feelings and remembering positive emotions.
Saturday 24th of March. Ages: 4 to 14.
Sunday 25th of March. Ages: 15+.
Loss through a pandemic – for the siblings we lost during Covid.
Facilitated by Katie-Anne O’Toole. This workshop attends to those that were not able to hold the funderals they may have wanted to due to Covid 19 restriction. It will bring in music, writing and a place of recognising this profound loss in the lack of the physical support.

Recharge you – Yoga therapy with Dearbhla
This session works specifically with the body meridian lines and organs to help the body to function, in turn working on the mental and emotional aspects of the body whilst bringing the body back into balance.
Saturday June 12th. Ages: 3 to 12.
